Refund & Cancellation Policy
In short: Every design is digital and is made for you as soon as you buy it, so there are no refunds once you have paid. You only get your money back if you were charged twice, or if something goes wrong on our side and we can't fix it within 7 days.
1. Ready-made invites (Website, Video, Photo Card, PDF)
- Please check the design, the watermarked preview and the price before you pay.
- Once the payment is done, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is given. This includes changing your mind, buying the wrong design, or no longer needing the invite.
- Before payment you will see a check screen where you confirm your design and details are correct.
2. When you DO get a full refund
- Charged twice by mistake: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same invite, the extra amount is refunded in full. Buying two different invites is not a double charge.
- Technical issue on our side: if your invite does not work because of a problem with our website or files, and we are not able to fix it within 7 days of you telling us, you get a full refund.
- Problems caused by wrong details you entered, your phone or internet, or apps outside our website do not count as a technical issue on our side. We will still happily help you fix them.
3. Custom invites
- Custom work starts after you pay a 50% advance. The advance is not refundable once work has started.
- The other 50% is paid after you approve the watermarked preview. The final file without watermark is sent after full payment.
- One change round is free. More changes can be done at an extra charge, which we will tell you before starting.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds go back to the same account or card you paid from.
- It takes 5–7 working days for the money to show, depending on your bank.
- To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order number.
Delivery Policy
In short: Nothing is shipped by post. Everything is delivered online. Ready-made invites are ready within 30 minutes after you finish your details. Custom invites take 7 days.
1. What you receive
- Website invite: a personal link you can share on WhatsApp, Instagram or anywhere.
- Video invite: an MP4 video file to download and share.
- Photo card / PDF: image or PDF files to download and share.
- Your invite is sent to your email and is also saved in My Orders on our website.
2. How long it takes
- Ready-made invites: within 30 minutes after you finish adding your details and pay.
- Custom invites: the first preview within 7 days after we receive your 50% advance and all your details and photos.
- On very busy days or during a technical problem it may take a little longer. If that happens we will keep you updated.
3. Didn't get it?
- First check your spam or promotions folder and My Orders.

In short: When you buy from Prachivisualstudio you get to use the design for your own wedding or event. The design itself stays ours, Share your own invite as much as you like 💕 Just don't sell our designs, use them for someone else, or show them as your own.
1. About us
This website, prachivisualstudio.in, is run by Prachivisualstudio, owned by Prachii Aggarwal, based in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India. By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
2. Buying a design
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each design page and can change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are handled safely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- You should be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent's permission.
3. Your details and photos
- You are responsible for checking all names, dates, venues and spellings before you finish. Please read your invite carefully.
- Only upload photos and text that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload anything hurtful, illegal or someone else's private content.
- We may refuse or remove any invite that breaks these rules.
4. Who owns the design
All designs, illustrations, animations and templates on this website are the original work of Prachivisualstudio and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). When you buy, you get permission to use your invite for your own event.
✅ You CAN- share your own finished invite (link, video, card or PDF) with your family, friends and guests on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or anywhere for your event
❌ You can NOT
- sell our designs, templates or files to anyone
- give our template or design to someone else so they can make their own invite from it
- re-upload our designs as your own work on any website, app or store
- use our designs in ads or business promotions
- copy our designs as they are
- remove or hide our watermark
- Previews on this website carry a watermark and are only for viewing. Taking screenshots or screen recordings of previews to use them is not allowed.
- We may show your finished invite as a sample in our portfolio or on Instagram only if you say yes. Private details are always hidden.
5. If our work is misused
If we find our work being copied or misused, we will ask for it to be removed, report it to the platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google or the hosting company), and may take legal action to stop it and claim damages.

6. Our responsibility
- We try our best to keep the website and your invite link working all the time, but we cannot promise there will never be a short break or problem.
7. Changes and law
- We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
- These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
Privacy Policy
In short: We only collect what we need to make and deliver your invite. We never sell your details. Your invite link and photos are kept until 2 years after your wedding, then deleted.

- Contact details: your name, email and phone number.
- Invite details: names, dates, venues, photos and text you add to your invite.
- Order details: what you bought and the payment status. Card and bank details are handled only by our payment partner, never by us.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
2. How we use it
- To make, deliver and support your invite.
- To send you order emails, like your thank-you note, bill and delivery link.
- To tell you about offers on designs in your wishlist, only if you agree to it. You can stop these emails any time.
3. Who can see it
- We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We use a few trusted services to run the website, take payments, store files and send emails. They only use your details to do that job for us.
- Your wedding invite link can be seen by anyone you share it with.
4. How long we keep it
- Your invite link and photos are kept until 2 years after your wedding date, and then deleted.
- Want it deleted sooner? Just email us and we will remove it.
5. Your browser
- Your wishlist and cart are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
